"വോയിസ്" ഇന്ത്യയുടെ ട്രസ്റ്റീബോർഡ്‌ യോഗം, 2024 ജനുവരി 24 ബുധനാഴ്ച 8.30 Pm ന് ഓൺലൈനിൽ ചേർന്ന് പുതിയ ഭാരവാഹികളെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു.

Membership and Duties

a. Anyone who has completed 18 years of age who respects the Constitution of India can become a member of the organization.
b. Apply with the recommendation of an active member in that area on the organization’s official application form.
c. Applications of persons convicted of criminal offenses (during sentence only), persons addicted to bad habits and persons with bad character will be rejected.
d. The admission fee and annual subscription as decided by the State Committee from time to time shall be paid along with the application.
e. If the local entity accepts the application, they should be added to the register with full details.
f. Be active in the activities of the organization as a temporary member.
g. Attend meetings and be active in discussions.
h. Be a member of the governing body and work sincerely and actively.
i. Understand the organization’s bylaws, code of conduct, reporting, and income and expense accounts and participate first in discussions.
j. Work together for the growth and reputation of the organization.
k. After monitoring the activities of the applicants for one year, evaluating the activities and consulting with the local body, the respective state committee rejects the applicants’ application or grants full membership.
l. There will be 50% relaxation in subscription for differently abled persons.

Membership Register

a. Members Name, Address, Mobile number, email, blood group, Aadhaar number, date of application for membership and date of membership should be in the register.
b. Those who join as members should sign the register in their respective area.
c. All important events with the organization and the member should be recorded in the register.

Right to Resign

a. Any officer has the right to resign from the organization.
b. A statutory resignation must be with cause.
c. When a member resigns. If any arrears or liabilities have been incurred, their resignation may not be accepted and the liabilities may be withheld until the liabilities are settled.
d. The President, Vice President and others should submit their resignation to the President.
e. If the resignation of the official office-bearers is effected, the governing body may appoint a person until the next general meeting. The approval of the general meeting should be obtained.
f. If a majority of the members of the Governing Body resign for any reason, an Extraordinary General Meeting shall be called and new officers shall be elected until the Annual General Meeting.

Loss of Membership

a. Membership shall lapse upon death, expulsion, incapacity, resignation or cancellation of membership.
b. In case of acting against the rules or committing financial fraud, the membership will be canceled after giving a show cause notice and after hearing the opinion of the member. Legal action is taken.
c. Subscription suspensions will result in temporary suspension of membership. (Payment of dues as per the decision of the committee
d. If subjected to disciplinary proceedings or engaged in anti-national activity during the period of punishment, membership shall be revoked by superiors.
e. Those canceling the membership may submit an appeal within 30 days to the Dispute Resolution Committee with reasons.
f. Those who lose their membership will lose all the rights of a member. Any amount paid till then will not be refunded.
g. In 2021, members existing at the time of the organization’s establishment may continue as members of the board of trustees of the organization until their death, subject to the bylaws.
