On January 26, when the Constitution of India came into force, “VOiCE” INDIA conveyed the message of the Constitution of India to the Higher Secondary students by conducting an “All-Kerala Speech Competition”.”VOiCE” INDIA has also ventured into online leadership training as part of building a new national culture through students. “Angana” program for women empowerment, environmental activities, Labor Day, Family Day, Democracy Day, Teacher’s Day, Farmer’s Day and Army Day are duly observed. The reading competition conducted for students to encourage reading from abroad was also very impressive. Members who have rendered excellent services are felicitated at various functions to encourage them. Cash award, memento and certificate are distributed to the winners of the competition conducted on an all-Kerala basis (1st, 2nd, 3rd). The leadership training camp organized at Cherai was led by international trainers to awaken the members.
