On 20th July 2021 Wilson Kallen started a WhatsApp group called “Constitution and Values” and after 5 months Volunteers of Indian Constitution Empowerment was registered as an organization “VOiCE”. “VOiCE” registered at Chalakudy by 12 Trustees to be a part of the nation building process. “VOiCE” has already conducted more than 100 weekly webinars to bring our nation’s constitution, the world’s largest written constitution, to the masses. Thousands of students participate in the All-Kerala Constitution Quiz competition conducted for high school students on November 26, Constitution Day. On January 26, when the Constitution of India came into force, “VOiCE” conveyed the message of the Constitution of India to the higher secondary students by conducting an all Kerala speech competition. As part of cultivating a new national culture through students. “VOiCE” has also ventured into online leadership training.
“Angana” program for women empowerment, environmental activities, Labor Day, Family Day, Democracy Day, Teacher’s Day, Farmer’s Day and Army Day are duly observed.
The reading competition conducted for students to encourage reading from abroad was also very impressive. Members who render outstanding services are felicitated at various functions. Cash award, memento and certificate are distributed to the winners of the competition conducted on all Kerala basis (1st, 2nd & 3rd).
International trainers led the leadership training camp “Unarv” organized at Cherai so that the members can be awakened.
